Donald Bolden, 37, of Belle Rose, La by Lafourche Parish Sheriff on Nov. 5, 2017, for his fifth DWI offense.

Who are the first four judges that let this clown stay out of jail to rack up his FIFTH DWI?

Can’t Fix Stupid

Lafourche Parish Sheriff Craig Webre announced the arrest of Donald Bolden (age 37) of Belle Rose for his fifth DWI offense. Just after 6 p.m. on Sunday, November 5, deputies conducted a traffic stop along LA Highway 309 in Thibodaux. Deputies identified the driver as Donald Bolden and detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage on Bolden’s breath. Bolden admitted to consuming liquor prior to driving.

Police say that Bolden performed poorly on a field sobriety test, and a breathalyzer test showed him to have a blood-alcohol level of .087g%.

Bolden’s criminal history showed he was on probation for his fourth DWI offense in 2014.

He was also found to have a suspended license with a hardship exception, but he was found to be in violation of that exception.

Bolden was booked into the LafourcheParish Detention Center in Thibodaux. He was charged with DWI (4th and Subsequent Offenses), Speeding, driving under suspension, and no ignition interlock device. He was also charged with violating R.S. 32:415.1 regarding exceptions for a suspended license.

Virginia: State Police report alcohol a factor when Daniel Eli Yoder died when he crashed into a tree

Virginia State Police Sgt. Michelle Anaya reports that on November 18, 2017, at approximately 7:09 PM, the Police was called to investigate a single-vehicle crash on the Eastern Shore of Virginia, which killed a repeat offender DWI driver.
The accident occurred at the 15000 block of Horsey Road, in Accomack County. The driver of a 2000 Pontiac Sunfire, was traveling eastbound on Horsey Road towards US Route 13 when the driver ran off the road and struck a tree.
The driver, 56-year-old Daniel Eli Yoder, of the 600 block of Saxis Road, Sanford, Virginia, died at the scene.
Police report that Yoder was not wearing a seat-belt and alcohol was a contributing factor.
Yoder entered a guilty plea to DWI in Worcester County District Court on May 9, 1998, after being arrested by Maryland State Trooper L. Banks on Jan. 30, 1998.  Yoder was stopped for speeding while northbound on Market Street south of Eleventh Street.  Yoder was given a plea deal with 90 days in jail. THE DEAL: In return for making it easy on prosecutors by not having to prove the DWI case in court, Yoder entered a guilty plea and 84 days of his sentence was suspended. He was fined $295.00.

Pickup driver reached to reset his ignition interlock when he struck backing sedan, killing Alexis Butler

The Arlington Police Department responded to a major crash in the 3700 block of Redstone Drive at 6:20 p.m. on Friday, November 10, 2017.  A Toyota Camry was backing out of a private driveway on Redstone Drive in an attempt to drive eastbound on the roadway. A Chevrolet Silverado pickup was traveling eastbound on Redstone and struck the passenger side of the Camry while the car was in the process of backing up. The impact caused the Camry to leave the roadway and come to rest in a grassy area nearby. The pickup veered off the roadway and struck a fence and light pole.

The driver and sole occupant of the Camry, identified as 18-year old female Alexis Butler, was transported to Medical Center of Arlington Hospital. She was pronounced deceased on Friday, November 17, 2017, due to injuries sustained in the crash. The driver of the pickup, a 31-year old man, reported to investigators that he briefly looked down from the roadway while performing a re-test of an ignition interlock device attached to the vehicle when the crash occurred.

Detectives are still in the process of conducting a reconstruction of the crash scene to determine the relevant facts surrounding the crash including a vehicle analysis of the event data recorder. The man was not injured and not impaired at the time of the crash. No charges have been filed at this time however the investigation continues.

DWI Dustin Peters driver ran his vehicle into living room of home

11/23/2017  — A female homeowner in Arlington had a close call Monday night when an accused drunken driver plowed into her living room.

Arlington Police Department spokesman Christopher Cook said he arrived with officers at the home in the 2700 block of Quail Creek Drive around 8:20 p.m., and took the woman’s statement.

“She was sitting in her house and heard a loud crash,” said Cook. “She noticed there was a young man who appeared to be under the influence or impaired, by her estimation.”

Neither the woman nor the driver, identified as 30-year-old Dustin Peters, MORE

California Highway Patrol SUV

Two-time DUI driver Lauren Davis rung the bell on her third time DUI behind the wheel when she killed one teen and critically injured Alexis Garcia

The driver involved in the fatal crash that killed a 16-year-old girl and critically injured a 26-year-old girl near Livermore on Wednesday night was previously arrested for driving intoxicated, according to Alameda County Court records.

The driving records of 26-year-old Lauren Davis confirm she had been arrested twice before for driving under the influence and her most recent DUI was in May. According to records both DUI charges were reduced to reckless driving.

CHP Officer Tyler Hans confirms Davis is now in custody after being released from Highland Hospital in Oakland. She was taken to Santa Rita jail and will be charged with felony DUI and second-degree murder. Davis will be arraigned on Monday.

Alexis Garcia, one of the passengers in the SUV, is currently in critical condition after being fully ejected from the SUV. According to officials, Garcia suffered major head injuries and has been put into a medically induced coma at Eden Medical Center in Castro Valley.

Family and friends are also mourning the loss of a 16-year-old girl who was partially ejected from the SUV and died at the scene of the crash.

“My family is devastated,” said Garcia’s sister, Kim Brady. “One different choice could have changed where we all are today and where we spent Thanksgiving.”

Lauren April Davis worked a plea deal with the Alameda County District Attorney and was sentenced to one day in jail for DUI on May 22, 2017. She is currently on probation for three years.

Queen Anne Sheriff Gary Hofmann

Queen Anne’s deputies arrest Donald Bohle for DUI following crash

MARYDEL, MD. — The DWI arrest of a Marydel man wasn’t his first rodeo, as he was charged with DUI in Kent County in 2013. Queen Anne’s County Sheriff Gary Hofmann reports that on Nov. 19, 2017, at 10:30 pm, Deputies were dispatched to the 2300 block of Peters Corner Rd, Marydel, Md., in reference to a single vehicle, motor vehicle crash.

The vehicle was described as a green in color, Toyota van, bearing the MD registration GS0174. Upon the Deputies arrival, the driver was identified as Donald Bohle, 56, of 2306 Busic Church Road, Marydel.  After the initial investigation of the accident, Bohle was put through Field Sobriety testing. Upon the completion of field sobriety tests, it was determined by Dfc. Jones that Bohle was under the influence of alcohol. Bohle opted to complete the Chemical breath test at the Maryland State Police Barracks in Centreville.

Bohle was charged by Queen Anne’s Sheriff Deputy Mitchell Jones with Driving vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; Driving vehicle while under the influence of alcohol per se; Driving vehicle while impaired by alcohol; Negligent driving; Failure to control vehicle speed on highway to avoid a collision; Failure to drive right of center.

Bohle was issued all appropriate documentation and released to a sober party. He faces a Judge on Jan. 8, 2018 in District Court in Centreville, Md.

  • Kent County Sheriff’s Deputy Kettner arrested Bohle on June 20, 2013, for running a red light, possession of marijuana, not giving a signal when turning, DWI and possession of drug paraphernalia. In a plea deal in Kent County Circuit Court on March 23, 2014, with the Kent County States Attorney Robert Strong, Bohle entered a guilty plea to the pot charge, the DWI charge was put on the Stet Docket and the other charges were dropped.
  • Maryland State Trooper M. Gursky arrested Bohle on April 3, 2009, for DUI as he drove a 2005 Chevy on Md. Rt. 291 eastbound west of US Rt. 301. He entered into a plea deal on July 14, 2009, with the Queen Anne’s County States Attorney. THE DEAL: in exchange for a guilty plea, Bohle was given a verdict of Probation Before Judgement with no jail time and a fine of $500.00. In the deal, half of the fine was suspended. Attorney R. Stewart Barroll of Chestertown represented Bohle in this case.

DWI HIT PARADE: Boozing Blake Was Loaded, So Was His Gun

SUDLERSVILLE, MD. – Queen Anne’s Sheriff Hofmann reports that on Nov. 4, 2017, at 1:10 AM,  a white passenger vehicle was traveling E/B on RT 300 when it passed Corporal Martz with its high beams on. Queen Anne’s Sheriff’s Cpl. Martz conducted a traffic stop at Rt. 300 at Ben Lee Farm Lane, on a 2017 Ford Passenger car and came into contact with the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle who he identified as Albert Blake Jr., 49, of 108 Emily Lane, Sudlersville, Md.

While talking to Blake Cpl. Martz detected a strong odor of alcoholic beverage coming from the vehicle.

Blake admitted to CPL. Martz that he had been drinking. Cpl. Martz observed Blake to have slurred speech and sway while he walked.

Blake was asked to perform field sobriety tests but he refused to do so. Blake was placed under arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Cpl. Martz later learned that Blake had a concealed carry permit and had his gun in the vehicle. Martz located a loaded Glock 27 in a black bag on the back seat with a spare magazine. Blake was also charged with carrying and transporting a handgun while under the influence of alcohol due to the gun being loaded and within reach of the driver.

Unless Blake works out a plea deal with the States Attorney, he will have to explain to a Judge in District Court on Dec. 21, 2017, why he was allegedly driving drunk while packing heat.

Driving Miss Daisy into a tree landed Michael Tonkin in Pierce County jail for 4th DUI

State Patrol says DUI driver Michael Tonkin was having sex when he crashed into tree; both he and Daisy Laroque tumbled out of wreck naked as jaybirds and infant was in back seat

A couple having sex with a newborn baby in the back seat ended when the career DUI driver, Michael G. Tonkin, 22, of Puyallup, Wash., got a tree-in-one on a sharp curve when he was attempting to have sex with the woman.  Tonkin got a broken wrist and the woman, Daisy Laroque, 22, of Tacoma, Washington, got a broken pelvis while the baby was okay but unfortunate enough to look forward to a life with these two jackasses.

Washington State Patrol Trooper K. Jones responded to a report of a vehicle crash into a tree on Nov. 22, 2017, at 6: 19 pm in Pierce County, Washington.

Trooper Jones reported that Tonkin crashed his 2006 Ford Taurus sedan while southbound on Rt. 7 when he left the roadway and hit a tree and a guardrail.  Tonkin, who has four prior DUI arrests was also charged with failing to abide by the ignition interlock, vehicular assault and all around failure to do right — or to simply get a room.

Fairfax County Virginia Police Department

“Our DWI squad had a very proactive and successful year in 2017 with a total of 513 arrests for DWI!  Last year was the first full year for our grant-funded DWI squad. This nine-officer unit was created in December of 2016, with the main goal of reducing impaired-related crashes through increased DWI enforcement.  The eight officers and one supervisor that comprise this squad were exclusively picked due to their commitment to highway safety and their aptitude in identifying and apprehending impaired drivers. This unit is assigned to the Traffic Division of the Operations Support Bureau and are deployed throughout the county based on statistical data, citizen requests, and requests from station commanders.  The squad’s equipment and salaries are federally funded through a grant and overseen by the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles. Its members receive advanced training in DWI detection and drug recognition.

Overall the Department had a total of 2,139 DWI arrests last year, an increase from the two previous years, 1,957 arrests in 2016 and 1,841 arrests in 2015.  The Fairfax County Police Department is committed to the safety of motorists in the County.  As we move into 2018, we will strive to make our roads even safer through proactive enforcement and education.”

Christie A. Edgar DWI wreck into Pollice Chief Edwin Roessler Jr in Dec. 2016

(May 2, 2017)                                                 UPDATE

Woman Charged with DWI After Crashing into Chief’s Cruiser to Appear in Court

Sully Police District – Chief Roessler will appear in Fairfax County General District Court, Traffic Division tomorrow, May 3, at 9:30. He will be there as the Commonwealth’s witness in the case involving Christie A. Edgar, the Centreville woman who crashed into the Chief’s police cruiser on December 12, 2016, and was subsequently charged with Driving While Intoxicated.

During this type of court proceeding, the defendant would be asked to enter a plea; guilty, not guilty, or no contest. The third plea, no contest, simply means that a defendant is not pleading guilty, but acknowledges that the Commonwealth has enough evidence for a conviction. Depending upon the plea, the judge would hear testimony from both parties and then render a decision and impose a sentence.

DWI HIT PARADE Jermain Willis busted for 6th DWI

Jermaine D. Willis charged with 6th DWI by Delaware State Police on Friday the 13th of April 2018.

REHOBOTH BEACH, DEL. When a convicted DWI driver is busted for his 6th DWI, citizens of the State of Delaware should notice that voting for Democrats who appoint weenie judges who are reluctant to put repeat offenders behind bars is a bad idea.

Another such repeat offender was arrested on Friday the Thirteenth day of April by a Delaware state trooper.  Police say that a Milton man was charged after he was found to be operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol for the 6th time.

The incident occurred at approximately 1:09 a.m. on Friday, April 13, 2018, as a Trooper observed a maroon Dodge Stratus traveling in the wrong lane of travel on Warrington Road.

A traffic stop was conducted, and the Trooper made contact with the operator, 36-year-old Jermaine D. Willis, of 17542 Petty John Road, Milton, Del.  Upon contact with Willis, an odor of alcohol was detected, and a DUI investigation ensued.

Willis was taken into custody and transported back to Troop 7.  A computer check revealed that Willis had five previous DUI convictions, making this his 6th arrest.

Jermaine Willis was charged with 6th Offense Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving While Suspended or Revoked, Driving on the Wrong Side of the Roadway, Failure to Remain Within a Single Lane, and Failure to Have Insurance Identification. He was arraigned before the Justice of the Peace Court 3 and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on $7,502.00 cash bond.
